The Faces of Mental Health
Our Faith in Action ministry dedicated June through August 2017 to mental health awareness. We focused on how mental health affects those in our parish and community and how we can better support and be the face of God to those needing help. Please pray for all those affected or struggling with mental health issues.
As part of the Mental Health Awareness educational portion of our Faith in Action ministry, we invited anyone wishing to share their story of struggle, strength, hope, what worked or what did not work in dealing with a mental health issue.
These awareness articles are for our deeper understanding and appreciation of concerns affecting our parish community.
