The Freezer Meals Ministry at St. Justin Martyr has been busy again, recently preparing 30 home-cooked meals for those in need. These meals are made possible by generous parish cooks who donate both ingredients and time. Before placing them in the freezer, the group gathers in prayer, asking God to bless each meal and the person who will receive it. 🙏
There is also deep gratitude for those who help deliver these meals. Their kindness brings comfort and support to friends, neighbors, and families who may be going through a difficult time. ❤️
Parishioners are invited to pick up one or more meals at no cost to share with someone who could use a little extra care. This might be a new parent, a caregiver who needs a break, a family experiencing loss, an elderly neighbor, or anyone who would appreciate a simple, ready-to-bake meal.
To arrange a pickup, please call or text Jeannine at 314-630-6419. When the freezer runs low, more meals will be prepared. This ongoing outreach is one way the St. Justin Martyr community continues to show love and support to others.
