Our Parish School of Religion (PSR) program provides formal Catholic faith formation for children in grades 1-8 on Sunday mornings, 9:30-10:45 a.m. during the school year. Students enrolled in the program attend area public schools and non-Catholic private schools. Our program continues and supplements the religious formation from parents, who are the primary educators of their children in the ways of the faith.
Children in Grade 2 prepare to receive First Reconciliation in December and First Communion in April, and youth in Grade 8 prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation after Easter at the Cathedral Basilica.
