On Sunday, October 5, a group from St. Justin Martyr joined other parishes at St. Pius V for a communal prayer service in solidarity with immigrants and refugees commemorating World Day of Migrants and Refugees. This event sponsored by the Immigrant and Refugee Ministry of the St. Louis Archdiocese, was a prayerful and song-filled service lifting up hope for all those who seek safety, peace and hope in this world today.
Another opportunity to pray for immigrants and refugees is coming up on October 26. There will be a 10:00am Migration Mass followed by an international potluck. If you would like to attend with a group and carpool, contact Noel Barrett nbarrett116@gmail.com.
