About Monarch Jewelry
Monarch Jewelry is a Christian ministry who creates artistic jewelry and gifts as a unique way to engage in the fight against sex trafficking and child exploitation. Our mission is to increase awareness, raise funds and encourage others to join the fight. We started when we heard that sexual slavery is a reality. That was shocking enough, but when we learned the issues our city was facing in regards to sex trafficking and child exploitation we thought, “WOW – somebody needs to do something!”
We were excited to learn that Crisis Aid was battling sex trafficking and child exploitation in St. Louis as well as around the world. The more we learned about the difference they are making in the lives of trafficking victims, the more we knew that they were the organization we wanted to support.
U.S. Refuge: Your Refuge Home for American female survivors of Sex Trafficking
Our first safe home in the United States called the Refuge Home opened in December of 2012 in Missouri and was the very first holistic home and safe haven specifically for American female survivors of sex trafficking. CAP is a revolutionary initiative that focuses on reaching children at risk for sex trafficking or other forms of child sexual abuse. CAP provides advocacy, resources, and support to children and families identified in Internet/electronics-related crimes against children and human trafficking investigations. CAP provides tools and assistance to help parents of children engaged in high-risk sexual activities online, activities that leave them vulnerable to trafficking or other forms of sexual abuse.
