SJMAA offers two Volleyball Programs for girls and boys 3rd through 8th grade.
- CYC – 3rd through 8th grade.
- Parochial – 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Tryouts are held mid-May of the prior season to determine teams. Participants must be registered for their grade level team AND enrolled in the SJM School or SJM PSR program.

Practices begin in August and are held at SJM during the designated gym time for the participants specific team.
Volleyball regular season begins the weekend prior to Labor Day (no matches Labor Day weekend) and continues for 11 weeks.
Girls Volleyball is played on alternating Friday nights and Saturdays.
